I acknowledge that Author Nation is currently developing a uniform Code of Conduct to protect everyone in attendance at its Vegas conference and those participating in its online forums, from any form of harassment, harmful misconduct, or discrimination. I am now informed that all attendees, regardless of title or position, will be asked to sign the Code of Conduct in its final form. My agreement to this contract and acceptance of a role at Author Nation is expressly conditioned upon my acceptance and signing of the finalized Conduct Code when it is presented to me. I am aware that I, as a registered attendee or speaker, have the right to refuse to sign the Code of Conduct, and that any such refusal will result in being uninvited to the Vegas conference, and/or having my speaker contract terminated, without reimbursement for fees or costs I have incurred. I further understand and agree that the Professional Conduct Committee is developing a fair process for considering complaints and reports of harmful behavior. This process will be shared with Author Nation attendees via online distribution, and by my attendance and participation as an attendee or speaker, I agree to abide by the Professional Conduct Committee’s process.(Required) I agree to the information above, and have also read and agree to the following:
